The Essay is based upon Case Study House #21 and #22 in Los Angeles. American architecture is one of the most significant architecture style used by today's modernist architects to form and make spaces. Pierre Koenig was an american modernist architect during modernism evolved in architecture. He was commissioned for Case Study house #21 & #22 by arts and architecture magazine in Case Study House Program, after the Second World War. By designing and constructing these two houses, he set a beautiful example of free space, light and minimalism in modernism period.
